Printing

The print stations are multi-function devices (MFDs) that can print, copy, and scan. They are located on the first floor and second floor and serve all the desktop computers in the library, and all over campus. Students, Faculty, and Staff print with their ClipperCards. Guests may ask at the Library Help Desk for printing options.

  • Salem State University adds $5 in Printing Points each semester on each student's ClipperCard. When Printing Points are used up, ClipperCash can be used, which can be added through the GET app or Navigator account.
  • Black & white prints: $0.05 per page
  • Color prints: $0.15 per page (1st floor only)
  • When printing a document in the library, send your print job to the Student_Follow_Me or Follow_Me print queue. At the printer (MFD), tap your ClipperCard to bring up your account. Follow prompts to print the document.
  • See Printers and Printing on Ask The Viking for more detailed instructions, including how to print from laptops or phones using PaperCut Web Print.
