Explanation
- I recommend searching in the Academic Search Complete database.
- Once I search with key words, I first place three limits on the results:
- full text
- a date range
- scholarly or academic journals or peer-reviewed articles
- I then examine some citations. For particularly helpful articles, I click on the "SUBJECT" descriptor to narrow my search further.

- Go to the Berry Library home page:
- http://www.salemstate.edu/library
- Find the heading "Alphabetical List of Databases."
- You will see a list of "Popular Databases."
- Academic Search Complete is at the top of the list.
