MLA is the premier database for literary research. It can be searched with basic and advanced key word searches and fields. In addition, MLA provides special search features like a Thesaurus, Author Database, Works Database, Publications Database. There are also numerous ways to search Indexes that parse all parts of MLA records. Project MUSE offers full-text access to 700 hundred journals and 56,000 books from over 100 presses including many key titles in medieval and Renaissance British literature.
