- The purpose of this guide is to highlight our Library's resources pertaining to the restaurant industry and restaurant entrepreneurship.
- The guide covers two types of resources: proprietary sources that the Salem State Library holds subscriptions to; and free web material provided by the US government, industry associations, consultants, and other industry sources.
- When using the libguide from off-campus, users will be prompted to enter their Salem State username and password. These are the same as one would use for Navigator, Salem State email, etc. On-campus users will be able to link to resources, just as they would in the Berry Library.
