MKT 445: International Marketing Fall 2016: Key Sources: Print/Save/E-mail Articles

Saving Your Research

  • All databases make it possible for students to:
    •  save results to a hard drive or thumb drive
    •  e-mail citations and/or full-text articles to any e-mail account
    •  print
  • Some databases, such as EBSCO, provide for the formatting of records in a particular bibliographic format, before saving/e-mailing, and printing.
  • Most databases also facilitate transmission of records to RefWorks, a utility for creating bibliographies and databases of articles and books.
  • RefWorks is free, but does require you to set up an account. This establishes a place online that stores records you retrieve.
  • If you access RefWorks from off-campus, you will be prompted to enter institutional code. The code for Salem State is RWSalemSC.
  • If you would like to learn more about RefWorks, please contact Nancy Dennis, Business & Economics Librarian, ndennis@salemstate.edu.
